The TCFHR Approach

Resonance Bubble Theory

My work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and shaped by years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and disconnection. I integrate principles from cognitive-behavioral therapy, neuroscience, and mindfulness-based practices, while prioritizing presence, safety, and genuine human connection in every session.

Alongside these foundations, I use an integrative clinical framework I refer to as Resonance Bubble Theory, which focuses on intentional conscious awareness. This framework reflects how healing often occurs not only through insight or skill-building, but through attuned presence—when a person feels truly seen, heard, and grounded in the present moment. It emphasizes the idea that each human being carries an internal “field” shaped by experience, emotion, and perception, and that therapeutic change emerges through resonance, regulation, and relational safety.

Resonance Bubble Theory is not a standalone treatment modality, but a way of guiding how I connect: focusing first on who the person is and where they are psychologically, rather than solely on what has happened to them or what their symptoms are. This approach allows therapy to remain flexible, human-centered, and responsive, while still anchored in clinical knowledge and ethical practice.

My goal is to help individuals reconnect with their sense of self, strengthen their capacity for regulation and connection, and move toward a more grounded, integrated way of living.
